If you’re in crisis

The Core Masculine isn’t an emergency service. In the UK, call Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24 hours), text SHOUT to 85258, or call 999 if you’re in immediate danger. Outside the UK, findahelpline.com lists lines by country.

Delete your conversations

Open the app, go to AI and data at the bottom of your conversations, and choose Delete all my conversations. Your conversations are stored only on your phone, so this removes them.

Withdraw your consent to AI processing

In AI and data, turn off AI processing. The app stops sending your messages to its AI providers and returns you to the consent screen.
